All our bushing bars feature a custom stepped, self-lubricating bushing that ensures some of the industry’s tightest tolerances. These oil-impregnated bushings provide long-lasting lubrication for superior spin. In fact, our bars tend to spin better with extended use.

We utilize precision ING needle bearings, originally designed for high-speed conveyor belts. Our suppliers think we’re crazy, but the exceptional quality of these bearings ensures longevity and sets our bars apart from others on the market. Each bar is equipped with ten bearings to deliver premium performance.

All of our bars, except for the aluminum training bar, are made from TGP steel. While many companies overlook this due to the cost, using TGP steel ensures superior spin and a premium finish for our barbells.

All of our bars are constructed with our precision-machined dual snap ring design. This superior design allows for easy maintenance, ensuring the bar can be used for a lifetime.

All of our barbell components are sourced and made from 100% US steel. Unlike competitors who import ends and other components, we manufacture barbells that are entirely made in the USA.
